International: Proven Process

Carmen Group’s International lobbying process involves advocating for both domestic and international agendas. We work with Congress, the White House and Executive agencies to identify new opportunities that further our client’s interests.

The Research & Strategy phase of our process requires working closely with the client to determine objectives and set goals. We develop a roadmap and define victory for securing the clients interests. With an achievable goal clearly defined, we advance to the Execution phase and begin to advocate for targeted agendas. At that point, our process calls for full deployment the firm’s resources at key junctures to intensify pressure and optimize campaign success. Upon victory, we consolidate our gains and share credit broadly among all constituencies.
