Jazzmone Coby serves as the Executive Assistant to the Water Resources and Environment and Transportation practices. Her responsibilities include providing administrative support and client relations to the Water and Transportation practice teams.

Prior to joining the Carmen Group, she spent 2 years as an Office Manager for an environmentally-friendly, recycling company. In addition, she has served as a Victim-Witness Coordinator for the Department of Justice: Federal Bureau of Prisons and during her undergraduate years, she served as an intern for Delegate Darrin Swain (25th-D) of the Maryland General Assembly.

Jazzmone earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science from Morgan State University located in Baltimore, Maryland in 2003 and also earned an Associates degree in Paralegal Studies in 2005.
