Marc Miller oversees all functions of the Legal Department.

Prior to joining the firm, he was a partner in the law firms of Redmon, Peyton & Braswell, LLP and Holland & Knight, LLP focusing on commercial litigation and land use matters. While in private practice, he served as a trial and appellate advocate for commercial real estate developers, real estate trusts and lenders in matters pending before federal and state courts throughout the country.

Marc holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in American Studies with a concentration in American Politics from Yale University and a Juris Doctor from George Washington University National Law Center.
