Michael Russell oversees all functions of the Finance and Accounting Department.

Prior to joining the firm, he was founder and president of Financial Records Management, a records management consulting firm. Previously, he served as vice president of finance & administration at the Financial Institutional Services Corporation. Earlier, he served as director of administration and comptroller for Citizens for America and its educational foundation.

Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in business administration with a concentration in accounting from Columbia Union College, Maryland.
