Richard's mission is to help clients communicate strategic positions clearly and compellingly. He works closely with Carmen Group’s policy experts and client teams to create and execute brand-driven campaigns that generate results.
Richard directs all marketing activities, including strategy, research, branding and creative development. He creates advertising, direct marketing, interactive marketing and public relations campaigns.
Richard spent seventeen years at Ogilvy & Mather, New York before joining Carmen Group. Most recently he was account director on WebMD, the nation's premier e-health brand, for which he managed everything from Superbowl commercials to interactive campaigns to in-store retail promotions.
As director of new business, Richard was instrumental in creating Ogilvy's successful new business department. During his tenure pitching and winning accounts, he has garnered experience in virtually every marketing category and communications medium.
Richard's book Exploring Careers in Computer Graphics was published in 1987.
Richard holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from the State University of New York at StonyBrook. In his free time, he works.
